A space survival game where you build star systems. Craft rockets to create planets and Dyson rings, mine and craft cutting-edge materials, terraform the terrain, manage electricity, all while watching the star system evolve.

I played Star Crafter and it's a game that I liked because of its mix between management and space exploration. You play as a space craftsman, tasked with gathering resources, building and upgrading your ship, while traveling through systems filled with danger and opportunity. What I found interesting was the way the game emphasizes creation: you don't just explore, you really shape your adventure through what you build and optimize.

The gameplay is based on a classic but effective loop: collect, craft, improve, then go further. You quickly feel a progression, and each ship upgrade opens up new possibilities. The exploration is enjoyable, with varied planets, and the small touches of storytelling add personality to the universe.

Visually, Star Crafter has a simple charm, with clear and colorful graphics that make the experience readable and immersive. The animations remain modest, but they do the job, and the sound atmosphere accompanies the adventure well, especially during the quieter exploration phases.

Of course, not everything is perfect. Some crafting mechanics become a bit repetitive over time, and I found that the pace can sometimes slow down, especially when you have to accumulate a lot of resources to progress. But despite that, the desire to continue has remained, because each step taken gives a real feeling of satisfaction.

In summary, Star Crafter is an unpretentious but addictive game, which mixes crafting and exploration with efficiency. It's not a revolution of its kind, but it's a pleasant experience, ideal if you like to take your time to build and explore the stars at your own pace.

Will you try it?
