On Kofi :

Sur Redbubble :
- 🌈 Prints on demand on various media (posters, notebooks, stickers, t-shirts, etc.),
- 🎨 Photographs from my world.
🚚 Delivery & formats
Digital products (Ko-fi):
- Immediate delivery or within 24 hours via download link or directly after purchase.
- No shipping costs.
Printed Products (Redbubble):
- Printing and shipping handled directly by Redbubble.
- Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location.
- Order tracking available through your Redbubble account.
💸 Payment & security
- Ko-fi accepts credit card and PayPal payments through a secure interface.
- Some content is “Pay What You Want” : you choose what you want/can offer.
- Redbubble handles its own payments, taxes, and fees through its platform, but PayPal is available.
🔁 Returns, exchanges & refunds
No-show:
- Digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after download.
- If a file is inaccessible or damaged, please contact me so we can resolve this together.
Redbubble :
- For physical prints, their customer service handles requests (printing defects, damaged product, etc.).
